Planets Are Actors in BNN Astrology: Understanding Planetary Nature

10 मार्च 2026 by

In Bhrigu Nandi Nadi (BNN) astrology, planets are not passive symbols — they are active performers. Every planet placed in a house becomes the actor of that house's life department, producing results that combine the planet's inherent nature with the house's significations and the houses the planet rules.

Each planet has a natural character that colours how it performs:

  • Sun — authoritative, governmental, illuminating, proud
  • Moon — emotional, nurturing, fluctuating, public-facing
  • Mars — energetic, decisive, aggressive, technical
  • Mercury — analytical, communicative, adaptable, commercial
  • Jupiter — expansive, wise, spiritual, generous
  • Venus — creative, pleasure-seeking, diplomatic, aesthetic
  • Saturn — disciplined, slow, restrictive, enduring
  • Rahu — unconventional, foreign, amplifying, obsessive
  • Ketu — detached, spiritual, research-oriented, past-life karma

Understanding how each planet's natural character interacts with its house placement and rulership is the foundation of all BNN prediction work. This is Lesson 5 of the BNN Simplified Sutras course.
