BNN separates two questions most readings blur: will marriage happen, and when. The first is the promise; the second is the timing.
The promise
A lasting-marriage promise tends to need three voices agreeing: the partner significator (Venus for a man, Mars for a woman), the 7th house, and Jupiter for blessing and expansion. When all three point the same way, the promise is strong. The Kama trine (3-7-11) and the Moon then colour how it feels.
A weak marriage promise does not mean loneliness. It means partnership on your own terms, not convention's.
Timing arrives the BNN way - a slow Yatra opening the window, then a fast mover delivering the month. But the promise comes first. Trying to time an event the chart never promised is the most common error in the whole craft.
