Code of Ethics
The standard we hold
Every credentialed member, ABNNA, MBNNA and FBNNA, completes the Code of Ethics training and signs this affirmation before the charter is awarded.
Honesty in prediction
Members give guidance based on the BNN method and evidence, never fear, coercion or invented certainty. Where the chart is unclear, we say so.
Respect & dignity
Members treat every client with respect, without discrimination, and never exploit a client's vulnerability, fear or hope.
Confidentiality
Client information and charts are kept private and shared only with consent or where the law requires.
Scope of practice
Astrological guidance is for educational purposes, not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Members refer clients to qualified professionals where appropriate.
Honest representation
Members state their grade and post-nominals truthfully, use the Association's mark only under its brand guidelines, and never imply endorsement they do not hold.
Integrity of the credential
Members uphold the standard of the Association, support fellow members, and report conduct that brings the body into disrepute.
The affirmation. On joining the credential path, members affirm they have read, understood and will uphold this Code, and accept that the credential, badge and post-nominals are conditional on continued membership and good standing.
