When several planets sit together, which one acts first? Most systems reach for the 'strongest' or the most dignified. BNN reaches for the chart and reads the degrees.
Lowest degree leads
The planet at the lowest degree is the hero - it steps on stage first and sets the plot in motion. The higher-degree planets follow, in order, as the years unfold.
Take a career combination of Saturn at 12 degrees and Mercury at 26 degrees. Saturn, lower, acts first: early pressure, hard work, slow ground. Mercury arrives later with skill, communication and the visible rise. Same two planets, but the order is written in the degrees.
Strength tells you how loud a planet is. Degree tells you when it walks on.
This is one of BNN's quietest superpowers. Two charts can hold the same planets in the same houses and live completely different lives - because the degree order, and therefore the sequence of events, is different.
