Terms of Service
The terms on which we provide digital memberships and content. Please read them before you join.

1. Who we are & these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and The BNN Astrology Association (“we”, “us”, “the Association”). They govern your use of our website and your purchase of our digital memberships and content. By creating an account, joining or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You can contact us at info@bnnastrology.org.
2. What we provide
We provide digital memberships and digital content only: access to an online member area, a digital material library, downloadable and on-demand educational resources, and automated online assessments leading to credentials. Everything we sell is delivered electronically.
3. How access is delivered
Fulfilment is fully automated. Access is granted to your account immediately after your payment is successfully processed, through an automated workflow, with no manual step on our side.
For clarity, our memberships and content do not include, and are not sold as, one-to-one consultations, live sessions, personal readings, coaching, or any manually or individually delivered service. Any community or informational features are incidental to the digital content and are not a paid deliverable.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Provide accurate information when you register; we may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or that are used fraudulently.
5. Payments, plans & renewals
- Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, acting as merchant of record. Card details are handled by the provider and never reach our servers.
- One-off items (such as exam fees) are charged once. Membership subscriptions renew automatically each term at the then-current price until cancelled.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals. See our Refund Policy for what happens to the current term.
- If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until it is resolved.
6. Your right to cancel & refunds
Because we supply digital content with immediate access, specific cancellation and refund terms apply. These are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property & acceptable use
All content we provide (text, materials, assessments, logos and branding) is owned by us or our licensors and is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell or create derivative works from it, nor attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
8. Educational nature & no professional advice
Our content concerns Bhrigu Nandi Nadi astrology and is provided for educational, cultural and informational purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind (including medical, legal, financial or psychological advice). You are responsible for decisions you make based on it.
9. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update, add or withdraw content and features. We may change these Terms from time to time; the “effective” date above will change and, for significant changes, we will notify members by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to access the content ends.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
